1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.soccerbasescout.com (“Soccerbase Scout”, the “Site”) and any paid membership services made available through it.
Soccerbase Scout paid membership services are provided by Advantage Sports Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17013243, whose registered office is:

In these Terms, “Soccerbase Scout”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Advantage Sports Limited in connection with the Soccerbase Scout paid membership services.
By using the Site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.
2. Age Requirement
Soccerbase Scout provides football betting information, analysis and betting tips.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Soccerbase Scout’s betting-related services or purchase a membership.
You are responsible for ensuring that gambling is legal in the jurisdiction in which you are located.
We do not condone underage or illegal gambling.
3. Soccerbase Scout Content
Soccerbase Scout provides football-related information which may include statistics, analysis, betting information, betting tips, predictions, odds and other football-related content.
We take reasonable steps to ensure information is accurate and up to date. However, football and betting information can change quickly and we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or current.
Content is provided for information and entertainment purposes.
4. Betting Tips and Gambling Information
Betting tips, predictions, analysis, statistics and other gambling-related information are provided for information and entertainment purposes only.
No betting tip, prediction, statistic or analysis constitutes a guarantee of a successful bet or financial return.
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Odds and betting markets can change between publication and the time you view or act upon information. Market availability may also vary between bookmakers and jurisdictions.
Our betting content is researched and prepared in good faith, but errors can occasionally occur.
Any decision to place a bet is your own. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

5. Results and Performance Records
Where we publish historical results, profit and loss figures, return on investment, strike rates or other performance information relating to betting tips, we take reasonable steps to ensure those records are accurate.
Occasional errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct inaccurate records.

6. Paid Memberships
Soccerbase Scout offers paid membership plans which may include services such as Best Bets, Bookmaker Boosts and other products or membership tiers introduced from time to time.
The content and benefits included with each membership, together with its current price and billing period, will be clearly displayed before you subscribe.
Different membership tiers may provide access to different content and services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at purchase, memberships are recurring subscriptions and will automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until cancelled.
7. Membership Payments
Soccerbase Scout uses third-party providers to administer its memberships.
Membership administration is currently provided through MyMembers, with payment processing provided through Stripe.
The applicable price and billing frequency will be displayed before you purchase a membership.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorise the applicable payment provider to collect the membership fee at the stated billing interval until the membership is cancelled.
You must provide accurate and valid information when purchasing a membership.
8. Changes to Membership Prices
We may change membership prices from time to time.
The current price for new subscriptions will be displayed before purchase.
If we change the recurring price applicable to an existing membership, affected members will be given appropriate advance notice before the new price takes effect where required by law.
That communication will explain when the new price applies and your options if you do not wish to continue your membership at the revised price.
9. Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your Soccerbase Scout membership through MyMembers.
Unless otherwise stated when you purchase your membership, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You will normally continue to have access to the content included in your membership until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Once cancellation takes effect, your recurring subscription will end and your access to paid membership content will cease.
Nothing in these Terms affects cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
10. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase, membership fees already paid are not normally refundable simply because you choose not to use your membership or cancel during a billing period.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where you are legally entitled to a refund, it will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
11. Changes to Membership Services
We may update or change Soccerbase Scout and the content included within our memberships from time to time.
This may include introducing new features or content, changing the format or frequency of content, replacing or removing features, or introducing, removing or renaming membership tiers.
Where a change materially disadvantages an existing member, we will provide appropriate notice and cancellation information where required.
Unless expressly stated as part of your membership, we do not guarantee that a particular number or type of betting tip will be published during any particular period.
12. Membership Access and Sharing
Your membership is for your personal use.
You must not share, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell or otherwise make paid Soccerbase Scout content available to another person without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that an account or membership is being shared, misused or used in breach of these Terms.
13. Bookmakers and Third-Party Services
Soccerbase Scout may contain links to bookmakers and other third-party websites or services.
Some links may be affiliate links, meaning that Soccerbase, Advantage Sports Limited, Spotlight Sports Group Limited or another relevant commercial partner may receive a commission or other benefit following a qualifying action.
Bookmaker odds, promotions and offers may change and will be subject to the relevant bookmaker’s own eligibility requirements and terms and conditions.
Any bookmaker account, deposit, withdrawal or bet is an agreement between you and the relevant bookmaker. We are not a party to that transaction.
You should always check the bookmaker’s current terms before placing a bet or participating in an offer.
14. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights in Soccerbase Scout and its content belong to the relevant rights holders, including Advantage Sports Limited, Spotlight Sports Group Limited and/or their licensors, as applicable.
Your membership provides you with a personal right to access the applicable content. It does not transfer ownership of that content or any associated intellectual property rights to you.
Unless expressly permitted, you must not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, scrape, systematically extract, redistribute or create a database from Soccerbase Scout content.
Third-party trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to Soccerbase Scout.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical problems, third-party service failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to this, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from your decision to place a bet or otherwise act upon betting information, predictions, statistics or analysis provided through Soccerbase Scout.
We do not guarantee that membership of Soccerbase Scout will result in betting profits or prevent betting losses.
We are not responsible for changes in odds, unavailable markets, bookmaker decisions, account restrictions or closures, rejected or void bets, withdrawal decisions or other actions taken by third-party bookmakers.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
17. Privacy and Cookies
Information about how personal information relating to Soccerbase Scout memberships is processed is available in our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, misuse Soccerbase Scout, share paid content without permission, engage in fraudulent activity or where we are otherwise legally entitled to do so.
Where reasonably appropriate, we will provide notice before taking such action.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.
The latest version will be published on Soccerbase Scout with the date it was last updated.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid membership, we will provide appropriate notice where required.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
